So today I don’t have a lot to say today. I’m very confused
about a few things in life. I guess I’m wondering about life. People say that you’re
supposed to find yourself in high school and to be yourself. Well first I think
that is a stupid expression. How can you be anyone other than yourself? It’s
frustrating. Two, I don’t like the phrase find yourself. It insinuates that you
don’t know where you are now. I disagree with that. I know where I am, I just
really hate the place I’m at.
I guess to summarize this unusually short post I’ll rewrite
those two stupid phrases. In high school you should try to find out where you
want to be and start working on getting there. You should always be the type of
person you feel like inside. If you really love something then love it. Figure
out what you like and then just like it. Don’t let other people make you feel
less than for being the person you are.
